Our verdict in one sentence: Hammam Al Ándalus's direct channel is the best option if you want the bath only or a specific programme, and the worst if your plans might change, because it needs 48 hours' notice to cancel and does not publish its prices.
Verdict
3.8/ 5
The official website sells every programme, including the bath without massage that the booking sites do not offer, and its rules on swimwear, times and punctuality are clear. It loses points for showing no price list before you choose a slot and for a 48-hour cancellation window, stricter than many activities on booking sites. For bath with massage, GetYourGuide matches the starting price and adds more than a thousand reviews.

What Hammam Al Ándalus Palma is
It is a modern Arab-bath spa, part of a chain with centres in Granada (where it is headquartered), Córdoba, Málaga, Madrid (two centres) and Palma. The group cites more than twenty-five years of experience. The Palma centre is at Carrer Costa i Llobera 20, next to El Corte Inglés, and was completely refurbished after a two-month closure.
Do not confuse it with the Banys Àrabs (Arab Baths), the Islamic-era monument at Carrer Can Serra 7 in the old town: there you only visit a historic room with a garden (€3.50, cash) and there is no water. Our guide to the Banys Àrabs and the old town explains it.
What it offers: programmes and sessions
Every session lasts 90 minutes and they start every two hours, from 10:00 to 22:00. The massage, if you book one, takes place within that time. The circuit includes cold, warm and hot pools, a steam room, relaxation areas with tea and massage cabins.
The official menu includes:
- EMERGE: bath only.
- MIMMA: bath + massage with essential oils, 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
- MIDRA: bath + exfoliation on the hot stone + massage.
- JAZZAR: skin-cleansing ritual with kessa (exfoliating mitt).
- NAFIRI: circulation massage with bath and relaxation.
- ZAHRAWI: facial massage.
- A seasonal ritual in autumn.
Included in every session: towel, locker, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, mint tea and water.

Prices: direct versus booking sites
The hammam does not publish fixed rates. Its booking engine charges different prices depending on day and time, VAT included, and only shows them once you choose a session and treatment. That makes comparing at a glance impossible, and it is the biggest drawback of the direct channel.
| Platform | Product | Rating | Price | Where |
|---|---|---|---|---|

GetYourGuide and Tiqets sell bath with massage from €68; Civitatis from the same price. No booking site sells the bath on its own: if that is what you want, buy on the official website, which is the cheapest way in.
For repeat visitors, the five-treatment pass gives 20 % off. Gift cards can be bought as a PDF or at reception and expire after a year or within the period stated.

What visitors say
The ratings published on booking sites are good. The GetYourGuide session averages 4.8 from more than 1,200 reviews; the Tiqets one 4.3, still from very few; on Civitatis, 9.5 out of 10 from fifteen reviews.
A recurring point in the Civitatis comments is that the changing rooms are small. The centre's own rules explain other possible complaints: time lost by arriving late is not made up, and you cannot go in wearing underwear.
How to book and cancel
Booking is compulsory and is done through the official booking system, by phone (+34 971 41 28 60) or by email. You pay when you book. The centre recommends booking two or three days ahead, more on public holidays and on rainy days, when it fills up.
The 48-hour rule
You can cancel or change your booking up to 48 hours before. After that you lose the full amount (or the gift-card balance). For groups of 10 or more, the deadline is 5 days. Many activities on booking sites can be cancelled up to 24 hours before: if your dates are uncertain, compare the terms of the listing.
Rules worth knowing before you pay:
- Swimwear compulsory; underwear is not allowed. Reception sells swimwear and latex flip-flops.
- Punctuality: the 90 minutes start at your booked time.
- No photos or videos.
- Pregnancy: admitted with precautions (no steam room or temperature contrasts).
- Not accessible by wheelchair: there are steps into the pools and stairs to the massage rooms.
- Minimum age: the booking sites say 5; the official website does not, so ask if you are bringing children.
All the practical information, with session times and how to get there, is in our Palma hammam guide.
Alternatives
- If you want bath with massage and more flexibility: the GetYourGuide session starts at the same price and has plenty of reviews. See how the platform works in our GetYourGuide review or the one on Tiqets.
- If you are interested in history rather than bathing: the Banys Àrabs, for €3.50.
- If you want a complete evening for two: an afternoon at the hammam and flamenco at Tablao Alma at 21:30. More ideas in Palma for couples.
- If it is raining: more indoor ideas in Palma on a rainy day.
