Our verdict in one sentence: if you want to see flamenco in Palma, Alma is the place, and buying direct or on GetYourGuide both work well; the one weak spot is price transparency on the official website.

What Tablao Flamenco Alma is

It is a flamenco tablao (a small venue built for flamenco) that opened in March 2024 at Avinguda de Portugal 5, ground floor, five minutes' walk from Plaça d'Espanya. It was founded by a guitarist from Córdoba and calls itself "the first flamenco tablao in Palma de Mallorca", a line from the venue itself. What can be verified: today it is the city's only dedicated tablao, because Son Amar closed to the public in April 2025 and only hosts private events.

The show lasts one hour, with dance, song and guitar. The artists rotate and come from Andalusia, Madrid and Barcelona.

What it offers: tickets and menus

The tablao sells two types of ticket:

  • Standard: show + one drink.
  • Premium: show + drink + tapas (Ibérico ham, Mahón cheese, Cantabrian anchovies).

Booking sites also list seating zones: VIP (front row), Category 1 (rows 2 and 3) and Standard (the rest), and sometimes a ticket without a drink. Drinks are a choice of beer, wine, soft drink, cava or sangria.

The venue also publishes tapas menus paid for separately: Tablao Tapas Menu (€25), Alma Tapas Menu (€30) and a vegetarian menu (€26). Cocktails cost €8. There is no dinner show in the classic sense.

Prices: direct versus booking sites

The official website takes bookings through an external system that shows the rate once you choose a date and show, with no public price table. The booking sites do give a starting price:

GetYourGuide Palma de Mallorca: Live Flamenco Show - Tablao Flamenco Alma 4.6 (1,617) €35 Best price See on GetYourGuide

Adult price, checked on 6 October 2026. Platforms change prices daily: confirm before you pay.

Today GetYourGuide is the cheapest, from €35 with a drink. Tiqets starts at €40. Watch out for the food packages: Tiqets sells "show + dinner" from €70 and GetYourGuide a "with paella" version from €72. Before paying for them, compare with the standard ticket plus one of the tablao's tapas menus.

What audiences say

Ratings on booking sites are high. GetYourGuide's basic ticket averages 4.6 from more than 1,600 reviews; the Tiqets one 4.3 from 46; on Musement, 4.8 from ten reviews. GetYourGuide's paella package drops to 4.1 from 35 reviews, one more reason to choose the show with a drink and eat on your own terms.

How to book and cancel

You can buy on the tablao's website, with instant confirmation, or on booking sites. On the official website cancellation is free up to 24 hours before; on booking sites, check each listing's policy. GetYourGuide's "reserve now, pay later" charges your card before the date of the show.

Tips for the day:

  • Arrive 15 minutes before the show; a ticket on your phone is fine.
  • The tablao recommends dressing smartly.
  • The 21:30 show is the most in demand and sells out first; the 17:30 is the easiest for families and cruise passengers.
  • If the premium ticket is all you will eat, have dinner before the 21:30 show or after the 17:30 and 19:30 ones.
  • The official website talks of a show "every day", but some booking sites only sell dates up to mid-November: in winter, check your date on the official website.

Show times, how to get there and ideas to combine it with are in our guide to flamenco in Palma.

Alternatives

There is no other tablao in Palma. The nearest options are different things:

  • One-off flamenco recitals: GetYourGuide sells the occasional concert at the Auditorium from €20, with no reviews yet.
  • Pirates Adventure (Magaluf): a pirate dinner show in English for families, from €24.99. Not flamenco.
  • Another night out: see our nightlife guide, or pair the flamenco with an afternoon at the hammam.
  • Buying through a booking site: read our reviews of GetYourGuide and Tiqets.
